Today, March 20 was announced by the United Nations as the International Day of Happiness.
I wanted to share with you a tool I find very helpful. It is called the positivity ratio.
Numerator = Positive Emotion
Denominator = Negative Emotion
Higher ratios are correlated with higher levels of well-being.
Which means that to be happier, you can increase the positive emotions you feel and/or decrease the negative emotions you feel.
